I think the best thing to do would be to rotate Justices in the court. Rotating them so that the same justices won’t have a stranglehold for decades to come makes sense. But, we need to do this in tandem with expanding the court to more justices (about 20 perhaps) with 9 sitting on the bench for a certain duration and then a couple of them rotating (maybe every next term), so the court is less susceptible to big swings just cause a few are replaced. Also perhaps add a few justices every two years to increase it to 20 so that it is more “fair.” You wouldn’t use a copy of the 1900s dictionary to explain modern slang. You would use urban dictionary or a new revision of the oxford dictionary.
