If Justices are going to be partisans in their offices then it is time to limit how long they’re going to be in office. We already do this for lower courts don’t we, so why not do the same with the “supreme” court? Keep the nominations restricted to the presidents and vetting to legislature but have actual limits on how long they can be holding their seats.
