Oh, you don’t like protests? Well the I don’t know if life is a tragedy or a comedy but thank fuck it’s not a musical shirt and I love this alternative is firebombing your house and lining you up against a wall. Pick one. I’m not so sure about that. Considering how much apathy there is in this country I am not surprised if most people are completely unaware of what is going on so protests alerting them does change their mind from ignorance to taking a side. This whole situation is proof that none of the government representatives listen to the people of this country. Sad times in USA. It dumb they don’t realize this won’t stop abortions. Only safe ones. This is coming from a person that actually voted for trump (first time around at least) and have been a republican for most of my life. Very much regretting it, now that I’ve seen there incompetence. with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence,

You saying it’s illegal doesn’t mean it’s immoral, or that all lawbreakers are the same. The whole point of protesting is to point out that certain aspects of the US government are either fucked up or about to be fucked up. I’m not saying it’s illegal, the Federal Govt says it’s illegal. And, justice is supposed to be blind, that’s why Lady Justice holding the scales is blindfolded. It doesn’t matter if it’s a cause you believe in or a cause you don’t believe in. Everyone breaking the same law are supposed to be treated equally. What I’m saying is we don’t give a shit whether it’s breaking the law or not. People who are doing this are prepared to be arrested. Their rights are at risk and some things are more important than comfort and politeness. Whining “that’s illegal” while not bothering to examine why people are willing to break the law isn’t helpful and misses the point. “When prior decisions are “unworkable or are badly reasoned,” then the Supreme Court may not follow precedent, and this is “particularly true in constitutional cases.” For example, in deciding Brown v. Board of Education, the U.S. Supreme Court explicitly renounced Plessy v. Ferguson, thereby refusing to apply the doctrine of stare decisis. “
